    VEGETARIAN VIETNAMESE FOOD!!

Atmosphere: This is a super classy Vietnamese restaurant, as in it's very well decorated and maintained. It's very pretty and is a little nicer than your average Vietnamese joint.

Staff: The staff frequently visited our table to make sure that we were satisfied with our food and that we had everything we needed!

Food: You can find all the normal viet food items on the menu, but in a vegetarian form. I honestly couldn't even tell it was! They season it so well that it makes up for the lack of protein lol. I would suggest getting the banh beo! It's like small bowls of glutinous rice cakes and then you cover it with fish sauce. It sounds weird, but it's so good!

Price: It's a little pricier than other vietnamese places. I would say it's about $15 each person.

Wait: There could be a longer wait but my family came at a time where they were at 75% capacity so it wasn't that bad.

Hidden gem in Garden Grove specializing in traditional Vietnamese cuisine with the vegetarian twist.

I ordered the Com Tam Bi Cha Tau Hu Ky Nuong twice. It's their #101 rice dish that has broken rice, bean curd, veggie ham, etc. It also comes with a small cup of vegetable broth to help you wash down the rich flavors of the dish. Having been to Vietnam ego, pre-vegan era-I will day I love this veggie alternative.

The two apps I tried were #9 Banh Uot Cuon An Lac and #13 Banh Mi Cari. Lesson learned was to not order sides when dining alone. I'm not sure how I made it out without a wheel barrel. The steamed rice flour and veggie beef was so flavorful. I kept eating and eating them, like popcorn. Except I hate popcorn. The Banh Mi Cari with bombdiggity - I kept dipping and dipping the French bread slices into the yellow curry and topping them with whatever goodness I could scoop up. There were potatoes, taro, onions, and mock duck. So good! I had something similar growing up so it was a bit nostalgic, too.

If you're in Garden Grove or stuck in godforsaken Anaheim for a business trip for a week, this place is worth a quick stopover.

    First of all -- W.O.W.

This place is so amazing, and I'm drooling while writing this. My family and I chose to go this place for dinner right before my flight home. Initially, we had planned to go to Korean BBQ but who wants to feel gross on a plane for 5+ hours? Instead we chose this place, and it was the best decision ever.

I'm Vietnamese myself, so I was basically in awe at every dish we had like "How is this possible??" Oh. It's possible. Everything was so well prepared and flavorful. All the dishes I had growing up only altered to be vegetarian. It matched exactly to the 'real' thing.

Oh, and the waiter here was extremely nice and helpful. I think we were all just shocked at the menu and were indecisive on what to order so he threw in some recommendations and the dishes turned out to be really great!

I rave about this place the most back home and recommend to all my friends to go here! They have also quickly become one of my favorite places and I will definitely stop by every time I visit.

The high end version of the Bo De by Asian Garden Mall. Its Vietnamese vegetarian food, in my opinion, its pretty good and different from your regular vegetarian food.

My favorites here are pho ap chao don, bun thai, bun rieu oc. With some of these dishes, you would never guess that they don't have meat in them.
Food isn't as pricey as one would think for a high end vegetarian restaurant. It's a bargain.

The restaurant's atmosphere is full of Buddhist decor and Zen-like. I like it a lot since I am Buddhist. The ambiance, the nature theme makes it relaxing. Not as packed today as it would usually be if it was "ram" or "new years". There is a good flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant all the time, and definitely bigger than its predecessor  restaurant. I would recommend this place to people who would like to try Vegetarian food, particularly Vietnamese vegetarian food. Must try.

I enjoy a good Vietnamese vegetarian meal every once in a while and this place hit the spot in terms of food, portion and price.

An Lac Luc Lac - Shaken Beef ($10): Watercress with grilled onions, tomatoes and vegetarian beef slices + bowl of brown rice ($2.50). I would have much rather preferred lettuce instead of watercress due to the bitterness but that wasn't too big of a deal.

I also tried #88 pho ap chao don (fried rice noodles), #93 mi xao don (crispy egg noodle), #137 canh chua (sour soup), #85 bun nuoc leo (stinky vermicelli soup - that's really what it's called!), #95 banh canh xao an lac (stir fried udon). Portions were very decent on all dishes - top 3 of the bunch was #95, #88 and #85.

Shared parking lot among other businesses but no issues finding parking during lunch on a Saturday afternoon + no wait to be seated for 6 people!
